Software Engineer
Posted 1mo ago
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for building reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions across frontend and backend systems. This role requires strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a good understanding of modern software development practices.
The Software Engineer will work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to turn business requirements into working software. Responsibilities include writing clean and maintainable code, developing new features, fixing bugs, integrating APIs, improving system performance, and participating in code reviews. The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and following established development workflows using tools such as Git, issue trackers, and deployment pipelines.
Key responsibilities include developing web applications, implementing reusable components, creating and consuming RESTful APIs, working with databases, debugging application issues, writing technical documentation, and ensuring that software solutions are secure, efficient, and easy to maintain. The role may also involve testing features, supporting deployments, monitoring application behavior, and continuously improving the quality of the codebase.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, frontend frameworks such as React, backend technologies such as Node.js, and database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. A strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, API design, version control, testing, and system design, will be an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership of tasks, communicates clearly, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should be able to understand requirements, ask the right questions, propose practical solutions, and deliver reliable software that meets user and business needs. Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, automated testing, or agile development practices will be considered a plus.
This role is suitable for a software engineer who is passionate about building useful technology, improving systems, solving real-world problems, and growing within a fast-moving engineering environment. Reference JOB-20260619-275F4A.

Project Management
Project Delivery Associate (Client Delivery & Adoption Enablement)
Posted 2mo ago
We’re looking for a Project Delivery Associate who knows how to move people, cut through slow decision making, and turn delivery into real adoption while growing into a delivery leader by working closely with clients, engineers, and decision-makers on high-impact initiatives in an AI-first world.
This role sits at the intersection of client communication, problem structuring, execution coordination, and organizational change.
You are not here to “coordinate.”
You are here to drive outcomes.
That means getting buy-in early, identifying resistance before it becomes a blocker, running meetings that produce decisions, keeping launches from getting stuck in approval loops, and turning “we should” into “we did.”
You will work across client stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to align priorities, create momentum, and make progress inevitable.
What You’ll Do
You'll support projects from early ambiguity through execution — and make sure adoption actually happens.
Structuring and Driving Delivery Participating in client meetings to clarify goals and run decision-oriented discussions; translating intent into clear direction for engineering teams; breaking down complex problems; tracking progress; surfacing risks early; and driving execution from “we should” to “we did.”
Driving Adoption & Change Securing early buy-in; identifying and addressing resistance; preventing approval bottlenecks; removing governance friction; partnering with end users to improve usability; and measuring success based on real adoption — not just deployment.
Communicating with Clarity Preparing accurate client and executive updates; adjusting communication as projects mature; proactively raising misalignment; documenting lessons learned; and using AI and automation to streamline delivery and accelerate execution.
This Role Is Not
🚫 Jira babysitting
🚫 Meeting scheduling
🚫 Status reporting without insight
🚫 Passive follow-ups waiting for responses
Who Tends to Succeed in This Role
Examples of backgrounds that often do well in this role include (but are not limited to): Operations; Business analysis; Implementation, delivery, or technical coordination roles; Multi-team experience (for example: roles that spanned two or more functions such as Operations, Business Analysis, Product Support, Engineering, Customer Success, or Analytics).
Core Experience
Working on projects with ambiguous or evolving requirements and helping turn loosely defined client goals into clear, actionable direction
Bridging business stakeholders and execution teams by translating high-level objectives into practical constraints and next steps
Communicating with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and adjusting cadence, detail, and format as projects progress
Owning outcomes across a project or workstream, not just completing assigned tasks
Applying structured, analytical thinking to break complex problems into components, dependencies, and tradeoffs
Additional Experience (Nice to Have)
Experience improving or streamlining processes
↳ Identifying inefficiencies and making delivery smoother or more scalable.
Exposure to technology, data, or systems projects
↳ Ability to engage in technical conversations without needing to be an engineer.
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or functions
↳ Familiarity with cross-functional delivery and competing priorities.
Comfort using AI or automation tools to reduce busy work
↳ Experience or curiosity around using AI to summarize, draft, or accelerate delivery tasks.
Analytical or quantitative background
↳ Experience with metrics, models, or data-driven decision-making.
Why This Role Matters
Most organizations don't fail because they can't build software. They fail because they can't change their behavior. Your job is to make sure both happen, delivery and adoption.
